It can force you to learn something. It is designed to perch on your shoulder like a parrot, so that instructor can guide you everything from anywhere in the world. It has a mic, a camera and a laser pointer. All these is powered by an Arduino Yun board, to make real-time remote teaching more hands-on.

As per Copenhagen designer Akarsh Sanghi, he developed this tool because "leaning new skills which are more physical and instructional in nature has always been limited by the constraint of a mentor and the learner being present in the same time physical space." It might have worked well with Google Helpouts but the Hangouts based consult an expert service will no longer exist after April 20th. If you want to own it, then check out in-progress pics by Sanghi as he is not mass producing 'Grasp'.
