Some New Android Apps You Need To Know

Everyday many apps come in play store, its very difficult to find the best and cool ones. I have tried out some apps and games, which I found cool and good, hope you will also like them. Lets have a look on those Android apps:-

Android Apps

Ampere

Ampere

Ampere is a free app built for Android devices running Android 4.0.3 and up. After installing the free app, launch it and wait until you get a reading containing the milliamps your device is using. Keep this number handy, as you will need it in a minute. Next, plug your phone or tablet in to charge. Wait until you have a new reading, and write down the number. Now look on the AC adapter itself for its output reading. Each AC adapter has a set output. The Play Store listing includes devices the app is not compatible with, as well as general guidance of the app not being capable of providing precision accuracy. In other words don't throw your multimeter.

Lock Me Out

Lock Me Out

This app will help you to focus on the needful things. Usually our phones distract us whenever we want to get something done. Activate Lock Me Out and your device will become more than a paperweight for the predetermined length of time. Lock Me Out will use the Android accessibility service to change your PIN code to something you don't know, which means you can access only your lock screen, camera, emergency dialler, incoming calls. When time will reach to zero, Lock Me Out will change your PIN code back to real PIN or disables the  PIN altogether based on your settings. The only way to kill Lock Me Out is to reboot into safe mode and remove it as an administrator service prior to uninstalling. The app is free to try for lock times of up to 10 minutes but a $0.99 in-app purchase is needed for anything longer.

IMPORTANT:Please exclude Lock Me Out from any task killers / memory cleaners! If you do not set a PIN in Lock Me Out, the lockscreen becomes a slide-unlock after the lock out period. If it is still asking for a PIN after the lock out period, try entering nothing and clicking OK/Continue.

Falcon Pro 3

Falcon Pro 3

Falcon Pro has came back with new Falcon Pro 3 designed for Android 5.0. Falcon Pro 3 has columns for the main timeline and mentions. In place of a navigation drawer, it has an interaction panel that shows recent activity on your account. This also offers quick access to direct messages. It has smart background refreshes so you will get new tweets and replies as they come in, rather than on a schedule. There are few UI options, but the dark grey and blue theme looks nice overall. It won't have widget but other things you would expect are accounted for at this point. It will cost you $3.99, adding additional accounts will costs $1.99 each. Its a good way to limit API token use.

Day of The Viking

Day Of The Viking

This app is not so popular but still you will feel fresh after using it. Your goal in this game is to defend your castle from wave of vile viking invaders. At your disposal are archers and catapult operators. You will need nimble fingers to keep up with the onslaught.

This is a 2D game with your castle on the right of each level. The vikings will enter from the left and march toward your door. Some of them have ranged attacks and others are only a threat when they reach castle. You can take them out by tapping to fire off an arrow, but some vikings will take more tan one hit to eliminate. You will earn gold by completing levels in this game, which can be used to hire more archers and catapult operators. Each level has a few goals beyond simply surviving. You’ll need to complete a certain number of these to unlock future levels.

This is a free-to-play game. You don’t even have to spend a dime. The visuals in Day of the Viking are surprisingly good. The textures are simple, but there’s a lot of neat art and the look of the environment is changed up frequently. Sometimes you’re fighting in the dead of night in a dense forest, and other times it’s noon in an open field. This one is definitely worth checking out.

LIMBO

Limbo

This game is a masterpiece and Limbo is a world that deserves to be explored. The controls are very simple, swipe on the left of the screen to walk side to side across the shadowy world of Limbo. Yo can jump by swiping on the right half and grab objects by tapping and holding on the right, This will let you manipulate levers, ropes, boxes and whatever you find to complete the puzzle.

Failure usually results in your untimely death by crushing, impaling, dismemberment or something gruesome. There is no Perma Death in Limbo. You will simply reappear at the beginning of the puzzle. Both the character and the foreground are pitch black, silhouetted against the lighter backdrop. Limbo si $4.99 in the Play Store but note it won't take you more than a few days to finish it up and there is not much repay value.

Manual Camera

Manual Camera

Manual Camera app takes full advantage of Lollipop's Camera 2 API, and requires it to be properly implemented in your Android ROM. If your device runs on Lollipop and still the app is not compatible with it, then contact your ROM provider and ask them to fully implement Camera 2 API.

This app access the hardware directly and do their own processing of RAW images. Manual Camera allows you to take direct control of functions like shutter speed, manual focus, ISO and more. The main drawback is that very few devices have Camera 2 enabled at this time. It's basically just Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 but hopefully future devices will get on-board. This app is $3.99 but is often on sale.

The Witcher Battle Arena

The Witcher Battle Arena

The new Witcher Battle Arena is the most anticipated mobile games. This game takes characters from the Witcher Universe and places them in an arena to duke it out in a series of quick online matches. It's a free game and have 3.8 ratings on play store. There are a variety of ranged and melee characters to play in Witcher Battle Arena, and you can try three of them in the rotating free set. This lets you get a feel for the game until you decide whether or not to drop any cash on it.

Unlocking any character permanently lets you level up and add new equipment. You start with enough in-game currency to unlock one of the characters. The Witcher Battle Arena is based on very quick matches, usually 5-6 minutes. Each team of three heroes must capture control points on the map to bring down the hit points of the other team. When one side hits zero, it’s game over. It’s a top-down isometric game with straightforward controls. Tap where you want to go, tap again what you want to attack. Each character also has special abilities that are unlocked over the course of match as you earn experience. If utilized correctly, these can turn the tide of a match.

The graphics are great and the game runs smoothly on all modern mid-range or premium devices. You can buy new characters for a few bucks, or unlock them with currency earned in the game (you can’t buy more coins). There’s no second rare currency and everything can be unlocked without paying.
